Devcogent LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Vysible, a link-in-bio platform available at vysible.app and through our mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using Vysible, whether through a web browser or our mobile apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, password, and chosen username
- Profile content: bio, links, social media URLs, profile photos, and page customizations you create
- Payment information: billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications: messages you send to our support team or through AI chat features
- Media uploads: images, videos, and audio files you upload to the Service
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, click interactions, and session duration
- Device information: browser type, operating system, device type, device model, and screen resolution
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs
- Local storage: preferences and authentication tokens stored on your device
2.3 Analytics on Public Pages
When visitors view your public Vysible page, we collect anonymized analytics including page views, link clicks, referral sources, and geographic region (country level). This data is aggregated and made available to you through your analytics dashboard.
3. Mobile Application Permissions
Our mobile applications may request the following device permissions:
- Internet access: Required to load and sync your pages, communicate with our servers, and display content
- Storage/Photos: Used only when you choose to upload profile photos, media files, or background videos to your page
- Camera: Used only when you choose to take a photo for your profile or page content (not accessed without your action)
We do not access your contacts, location, microphone, calendar, or any other device data. Permissions are requested only when needed and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage your account and public pages
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Generate AI-powered content and page designs at your request
- Provide analytics on your page performance
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Advertising and Tracking
Vysible does not display advertisements within the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, ad networks, or behavioral advertising technologies. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
We use only essential first-party analytics to understand service usage and improve the product.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
- Stripe: Payment processing, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered content generation. Prompts and responses are processed to provide AI features and are not used to train models
- Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, and media file storage (R2)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, rate limiting, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Sensitive Data
Vysible does not collect or process sensitive personal data, including but not limited to: biometric data, health or medical information, genetic data, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or trade union membership. Payment card data is collected and processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
9. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).
Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to individual users.
10. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through your account settings
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data by contacting us
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing
To delete your data: You can delete your account directly from Settings within the app or on the website. Upon deletion, all personal data including your profile, pages, media uploads, chat history, and analytics are permanently removed within 30 days. You may also request deletion by emailing legal@devcogent.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
11. Cookies and Local Storage
Vysible uses browser local storage and session storage to maintain your authentication state and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential storage is required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.
12. Children's Privacy
Vysible is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
13. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
14. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales.
